# Common Error States

Below are listed the usual error messages and their explanation.

Error Description
Warehouse locations are not mapped Indicates that Warehouse Locations have not been mapped for the source and/or destination connector.
Connector is disabled. Please enable connector The destination connector is currently disabled.
Line items failed to get mapped When fulfilling orders, line items skus that came in fulfillment are different from line item skus that we have on the order and there is no mapping established. Manually fulfill order in source connector. "Mark Fulfilled" in WHC.
There was an error fulfilling order Catch all errors when an order cannot be fulfilled. Contact WHC support if you continue to see this.
Base line item “<Item Name>” is already fulfilled Error coming from Shopify when fulfilling an order. We are going to update order with fulfilled items and retry fulfillment again. But if retry fulfillment fails, this may be still an error that will be displayed. Manually fulfill order in destination connector. "Mark Fulfilled" in WHC.
Line items can't be blank. Order is not refunded When receiving a message from Shopify that line item can't be blank, we check if order is refunded. If it is we mark order as fulfilled. If not, we display this message. Manually mark fulfilled order in source connector. "Mark Fulfilled" in WHC.
There was an error processing order Catch all messages when an unexpected error occurs while processing the order. Contact WHC support.
Shipping is not mapped for <shipping method> The shipping method on the order is not mapped within the Warehouse Connector. Go to the Shipping Methods section and map the method.
Product/SKU is not mapped Error when line items on an order are not mapped. Resync and map skus for both source and destination connectors.
<SKU> / <Product Id> not found in <Connector Name> Line item is failed to map to source connector product. Try resyncing products from the source connector. If error persists, contact WHC support.
<Connector Name> product needs to be mapped to WHC product Order line item mapped to source connector product but failed to get mapped to WHC product . Map skus in source connector to WHC products.
WHC product needs to be mapped to <Connector Name> product Map sku in destination connector to WHC products.
